Make sure you show up rocking a clean face - no makeup, serums, oils, or moisturizers, please. Got existing lash extensions and coming in for a fill in? Give them a good wash and cleanse before your arrival, in order not to lose time during your appointment. Also, hairstyles such as high buns or ponytails will be uncomfortable for you, so choose wisely!

Please note, I do not offer fills for lashes that were applied by another artist. If your current lashes were not done by me, make sure to book a removal followed by a full lash set.

Fill-ins are all about keeping your lashes, originally done by me in the studio, looking their best. To book a fill-in, you need to have at least 40% of your lashes intact and schedule it within 3 weeks of your last visit. If it's been over 3 weeks or you have fewer than 40% of your lashes left, you'll need to opt for a full set when booking.

Refunds are not offered at this time. Please contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary fill in case of significant lash loss. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for lateness, as a courtesy, followed by a $15 late charge for anything thereafter. After 15 minutes, appointments may be canceled and fully charged. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a half-service fee applies, with full charges for no-shows or same-day changes. If you're sick, I ask that you please reschedule.
